#Janathon Day 24: Quiet Sundays

Today I met running wife Em’s for an early morning #Janathon… we hooked up on the canal and went on our usual 10k route, gassing and gossiping all the way. It was a warm morning, double figure in fact, so by the time we got back we were pouring with sweat! I was pleased as I blasted through the 100 mile mark, although movescount is down (again) so I am unable to accurately update my total. This also only equates to just over 9 lazy lunchtime trips, which is just stupid. I’m still kicking myself over that one. We also picked up Em’s car on the way back and I forgot to turn off my GPS, so it’s kinda out-the-window anyhow! The Trenthamfolk then went for a nice walk around Trentham Lake whilst we enjoyed a coffee and Junior, a hot chocolate. Labyrinth was the afternoon movie of choice, which went down a treat… and a tasty risotto for supper. This is what quiet sundays are all about. A day full of friends, family and not a lot else 🙂
