#Janathon Day 15: Twylight and Slush

Today it has been snowing – did anyone notice? I love a bit of weather, and if it’s a break from the norm, so much the better. I had been gazing out of the window all day and couldn’t wait to get out in it. At 5pm I hit the road and at ground level, it wasn’t too cold – perhaps 2 degrees – but it was snowing heavily. This meant that the snow wasn’t sticking to the ground but was sticking to my fleecy training top. I was wearing the training top of rejection, making me look a little like a freaky snowman rather than a London Marathon reject. Everyone else I saw was wrapped up like an eskimo, however, I was toasty warm in my single layer. I thoroughly enjoyed trying to stay upright, and am now looking forward to the big freeze overnight and some more ice-based shenanigans in the morning. Have fun peeps, and take care 🙂

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks of that top as a rejection top. No snow this end of the country (south) but still very cold!
