#Janathon Day 17: Lunch Time Run

Today I hit the roads around Stafford with some friends from work. I had busy afternoon and evening ahead of me, so wanted to get #Janathon out of the way. We used to run together more frequently, but since ‘the good old days’ people have moved on, been promoted any become generally busier. It was therefore a refreshing change to do an old familiar route and have a good gossip (Runkeeper). We did a very enjoyable 4.8 miles, and I hope it marks a return to more lunch time runs with some fine running friends.

No matter how busy we are, somewhere in the world there is someone busier making time for a run. I don’t know who said that, but it’s worth remembering. 100 miles up today, whoop!
